My wife and I survived COVID in early August 2021.
By popular request, this is the COVID regimen that worked great that I got from our Covid Doctor Jane Orient, MD internal medicine in Tucson, AZ that I also confirmed from several friends who survived, saw other Covid doctors and/or learned from their research. I’m sure others have learned more, but we saw immediate results over 3 days and steady since. Our symptoms are nearly gone and oxygen levels staying between 93 and 98 depending on what did to improve them.
We went on the key Ivermectin 15mg/day all at once with fatty food for 150lbs and 18mg/day for 180lbs – 1 mg per 10 lbs body weight. Hydro-chloroquine 200mg 2x/day
Walmart ran out of both of these but found CVS covered under insurance. You can get in Mexico, Canada, GoodRX, and American Frontline Doctors. Feed stores sell Ivermectin for horses, which a 78yr old rancher I know said worked just fine – he never missed a day of work.
My Standard primary care doc gave me zpack – had no effect. I wasted valuable time going to TMC One Urgent care. They took forever to see me, apologized 3 times, had me fill meds that did nothing for me, so I lost 2 days. I learned from this and got my wife on Ivermectin and Hydro-chloroquine ASAP and she immediately got better.
Albuterol every 4hrs helped.
Prednesone 20mg 1/day as needed. This has helped if breathing was bad.
Quercitin 500mg/day 2x
d3 10,000 iu/day broken up thru day. Getting outside 2x/day with sunscreen though because of the zinc caused me to sunburn.
zinc 150mg 2x/day is key for cutting viral infections in half
500mg vit c + 500 mg bioflavonoids every 2-3 hrs is key – see Dr. LINUS PAULING Nobel peace price paper on vitamin C. It has to reach 8000mg threshold/spillway for it to start killing ANY infections. Ideal is 10,000 mg/day. A little loose stool is worth it, but our bodies are sucking it up so not much of this. We will taper as we come out of this.
200mcg selenium 2/day – super antioxidant.
100mg Co-Q10 2x/day – super antioxidant.
Whole-food multi-vit 2x/day (2x needed when under stress, not just maintaining health).
mucus ER GF 2x/day with lot of water followed in 1hr by lots of steam breathing + mentholatim and thus lots of blowing, coughing up, beating chess.
2, 25-30mg pseudophed every 4 hrs otherwise to stay dry.
Every ‘blow’ throughout the day (many of those) followed by deep snorts of saline solution – covid hates salt.
1 Zyrtec/day to reduce allergy irritation from molds and weeds from all the rains – noticed less irritation, better breathing. Better is Nettles 2x/day.
I changed my cooler pads. After every rain the next day, I have drained and washed the pads to keep dust, bacteria, mold from circulating in house. The mold we found on 8/5 likely lowered our immune system to get Covid settled into our lungs. Turned out I didn’t have an overflow so reservoir filled up from rains and kept pads from drying out.
Because I was seeing color for awhile in sinuses, after zpack ran out and saw no effect, I had lots of Cipro from Mexico and started 750mg 2/day until clear for 5 days now, so after 10 days off that.
Probiotics + yogurt taken throughout day has helped keep the gut working – a lot of immune system starts in the gut.
165mg Milk thistle 1-2x/day helping my liver since it was fatty last checked.
What really has helped us is 5 fresh raw cloves of garlic eaten with food or in smoothies 3x/day. I’ve only really been sick 2 times since 1998 because I learned this from an old roommate and a Chinese Herbologist – it’s anti-viral, fungal, and bacterial, even killing cancer on contact. It’s always worked for healing ears, nose, throat, lungs cause it saturates the mucus membranes where bad stuff settles.
I’ve been doing 1-2/day super green, super red power drinks often with yogurt, garlic, half banana, coconut milk, fresh greens, ambazon acai, mighty dozen juices from Costco.
I’ve minimized fruit, no sweets, little bread, some meat but not much, lots of veggies. Minimize the dairy causing drainage. Minimize processed food – toxic to the body.
When on antibiotics no supplements 2hrs before or after.
Profuse sweating on hot runs and in my hot car and at night with lots of blankets pisses Covid off – it doesn’t like heat. Even the burning garlic works on it. Toxins are sweat out. Super hot showers sitting on floor just breathing the steam for 15 min has helped drain and cough up lots. Saline then helps a lot. Lots of water.
1 30mg Benadryl at night has helped. I don’t sleep on back – worse thing for covid. I sleep at a 45 degree angle on my side with my super-comfortable My Pillow pillows and Mattress-Topper.
I take cat naps to worship piano music by Dappy T Keys – very anointed.
Nightly, I’ve been doing Lord’s supper with prophetic visions for Jesus being the bread of life, light of the world, perfect healing blood of Christ on the cross – by His stripes we are healed.
The Lord showed me to send 20 waring angels against demons ailing us.
Healing only comes when we stand our ground in faith to the end, standing With God’s promises despite our desires or pain tolerance. We must fully surrender or die trying.
Easier said than done. “Taking up your cross daily for Jesus” and standing your ground by trusting-relying-faith in God’s promises makes the pitifully weak flesh complain. Freakin’ cry baby.
Having an O2 meter was vital. I monitored often to take stuff. Jogging 2x/day for 20min each raised level 5% and it got better at staying above 93%. You are in trouble if below 90. Start doing stuff.
I percussively beat my chest all over in long hot shower 2x/day when bad. Don’t let it settle in chest – my friend died of pneumonia because it did.
My wife did all this stuff and was fine in 3 days but she attacked day 1. What really set her back 7 days was the mono-Claudia (sp?) antibodies infusion her work insisted on. I didn’t take and I recovered faster. I heard others complain about this.
The latest studies from Israel and UK (both 85% + vaccinated) are the vaccines Spike proteins mutated by the mRNA in the vaccine are be “shed” so that in 3 weeks the vaccinated people are getting very sick from other variants or any illness because their immune system has been attacked by these. 70% of the New deaths in UK are from mRNA vaccinated people. So the current pandemic spikes are being caused by the mRNA vaccinated people. Adding boosters will just keeping this process repeating and a lot more people will get very sick and die.
You can’t listen to the just 1 news source because many are not investigating anything or digging into the big studies. They are quoting propaganda put out by sources that have made 1 error after another, flip-flopping ever week or so – like Tony Fauci who is under deep investigation for financial ties to Wuhan labs and caught lying to congress. Many emails have revealed that he illegally used US grants to fund this Covid-engineered ‘gain-of-function’ Chinese virus. Several whistle- blowers have provided documentation.
You have to look at 100s of top world scientists, all the studies, and do your own homework! Don’t trust any 1 source! To many political & financial conflicts of interest!
